7 years ago"Definitely worth the stop! Really neat 15-20 minute walk down a section of the 50s part of Route 66. Very well kept and preserved. Some really neat history for sure! Plenty of great photo ops! Stop at the Fast Stop Station for fuel and refreshments! You can also walk on the original 1920s section at Dead-Man's curve but be careful as this section is still open to traffic. We spent over an hour here and loved it!"

3 years ago"We decided to go on the hottest day possible in Illinois, but we had so much fun reading the signs, and the walk together as a family down Route 66. I do think the length is more suited for bikers or runners, but it can be fun for anyone."
