"This is worth a stop! It was interesting to read about how grain was stored before it was distributed, how the farmers would bring the grain to this elevator, and how the process worked for them. There's also a nice windmill and a few other little buildings in a small space. It's a self-guided tour with good clear information, and I was happy that I made the time to stop - it's not too far off the highway and is worth the 15 to 20 minutes of your time! Large parking area, well kept grounds, no restrooms, but there are gas stations nearby."

"Out for Route 66 day trip. Stopped by Atlanta where my father and his family grew up. Took the crew all around and gave them the low down how things were while I was growing up. Told mother I took her here before but she didn't remember. She did love it though when she started checking the place out. lol"

"Informative, easy parking and it’s right in the downtown area so it was a good place to get out and walk around. It’s a small area but being able to see these places in their original place and form is fun. It literally brings history books and social studies books to life for the elementary and middle grade students."
