"I really enjoyed this dinner experience. The restaurant had a classic, retro vibe that felt both fun and nostalgic, with a pink and blue color scheme that stood out in a great way. The décor featured iconic images of Elvis Presley, Marilyn Monroe, and vintage classic cars, which added a lot of character to the space and made the atmosphere feel lively and memorable. The food tasted good and was satisfying overall. Santana took great care of us during our visit; she was friendly, attentive, and clearly hardworking, which made the experience even more enjoyable."

"This is a must go to diner in the western U.S. It is a great classic diner. It's in the top 10 diners in the U.S. that I have been to. The food was fantastic. Service was great. The atmosphere was great. The pictures are neat. The downside to improve on. Water tasted terrible. The water needs filtered water. Their tap water tastes terribly bad. Bathrooms were unclean and did not have soap and were sketchy. This needs work to be a top diner. Management needs to have better orode in cleanliness to be in the top 3 diners in America."

"This little diner stepped out of the 50s - it has great food, great service, and a yesteryear atmosphere - right up to the swivel stools at the counter. We went with a burger and the fajitas - recommendations provided by the wait staff. Both were served piping hot, cooked to perfection, and with ample servings - excellent value. The shakes here are amazing - they use real ingredients. The pumpkin pie shake had canned pumpkin in it - it was like the best parts of a pumpkin pie and a milkshake in one spot. Awesome stop - i think you will love it. Definitely give it a try!"

"This is the most beautiful diner I’ve ever been to, right on Route 66. It felt like stepping into a ’90s movie: so characteristic, colorful, and meticulously decorated. Everything was spotless, even the bathrooms. The food quality was excellent, the atmosphere calm, and the staff very friendly. Prices were fair. Truly a memorable experience!"

"Mr. D’z is exactly what you hope to find along Route 66: colorful, retro, fun, and full of personality. The turquoise décor, jukebox vibe, and classic American diner atmosphere make it a perfect stop for photos and a nostalgic break. The food is simple diner comfort food — burgers, fries, shakes — well done and satisfying, even if not exceptional. What truly makes the stop worthwhile is the experience: the ambiance, the friendly staff, and the feeling of stepping back into a vintage postcard of the Mother Road. A cheerful, iconic stop on Route 66. Worth it for the vibe alone."
