"What a great museum, thoughtfully pieced together with very interesting exhibits. I especially enjoyed the vintage Chicago pictures from the many culture specific parades and fairs we have here in our great city. This was my first visit. The Hellenic library on the 3rd floor was a great spot to spend some time, and the artifacts on that floor were neat to see. Even the handmade textiles were interesting to think of the many hours that went into making them. Be sure to stop into the Athenian Candle Co at the end of the same block!"

"I really enjoyed my experience at this museum. The museum did a wonderful job highlighting the Greek American community. I think museums like these are what really make Chicago such a wonderful place to visit. I would have never known these stories if it wasn’t for this museum and how Greek Americans contributed to American culture. I love hearing the stories of everyday people trying to find their way in a new home."

"I went there during Open House Chicago. The museum has interesting collections about Greek history and culture. The area is clean and well organized. There’s also a small souvenir shop with nice items to take home. The rooftop offers a great spot to take photos with views of the Chicago area."

"This museum celebrates the culture, history art and the Greek American Experience. Their exhibits were interesting especially the Greek Parade photos from the 80’s. I also enjoyed the sculptures of heroine Greek women."

"Nice experience for $10 entry fee. Good variety of different artifacts on display, and rotating exhibits on different aspects of Greek-American cultural heritage. I thought it offered a good snapshot of different livelihoods, although it wasn't what I'd call hard hitting (which is perfectly fine, of course). If you have an hour or two, I would recommend it, at least to say you've seen it. (Full disclosure, I'm not Greek-American, so maybe this is much more of a revelation to people who share the heritage. I still thought it was a good time)"
