My children enjoyed seeing the memorabilia and learning about Route 66. Highly recommend. Like other reviewers have stated, please park in the parking lot across the street and not in the parking garage."

The staff were a highlight—friendly, enthusiastic, and eager to share their knowledge about Springfield’s attractions. They provided me with a detailed map and pointed out some lesser-known local spots, including a fantastic café just a short walk away. The center is stocked with brochures, event calendars, and even a small display about Springfield’s history, which added a nice touch for those wanting to learn more about the area. While the space is clean and modern, it could benefit from a few more seating areas for visitors to sit and plan their day.
