"This lovely little park is a great addition for Webb City. It celebrates the “zinc city” and Route 66 with several plaques detailing important events and places around Webb City. There is a focus on the history of mining in the area. Great photo op along Rt66."

"It's not what you would expect when you hear the term "park", however, if you're going through the Joplin/Webb City area, I would definitely recommend stopping in. It's always an experience having the chance to visit a historical Route 66 Landmark."
