"Great new public space for car shows, concerts and even indoor events. There’s a modest amphitheater with built in seating, a patio above that, a nice parking lot for car shows, a small museum, a banquet area, and soon a taproom. The pictures show how some of these spaces can be used."

"Very cool visitor center with plans for a tap room and food trucks. Worth a visit even prior to these getting in place!"

"Not yet open when we visited in October 2022, but worth a stop to see the view of Albuquerque down Nine Mile Hill. The building looks beautiful and will clearly be an important resource for travelers and others."

"[2023:] This beautifully-designed facility seems to be in something of a long-term death match to actually completely open. After a ribbon-cutting in September 2022 and "soft" opening 9 months later (but in time for summer) on 06/21/23, the spankin' new $10.3 million Center, meant to host community events, art shows, and classic-car, music-history and historic-neon collections, is still largely empty and without scheduled public events. Open hours are only 3 days a week, 6 hours each day. Good news is, a nice lady will take you on a fantastic, free one-on-one personal tour during these slow days with nobody around and nothing else going on.... Beside exceptional architecture and interior lighting design there are a few items on display worth seeing, including two astonishing rust-splendid concept cars, and two classic/custom cars including one by the late Orlie Coca, an OG of lowrider culture also known as the "Godfather of Hydraulics" (I'm including a detail pic from this 1949 Chevy Delivery Sedan). The site also has banquet facilities, a (future) Taproom, a modest outdoor amphitheater, and even a terraced parking lot designed to accomodate road-culture inspired drive-in movies. There also seems to be a golden eagle that likes to hang around."
