The owners and management are professional and understanding. The cleaning staff is excellent and polite. Steve, the front desk guy that greeted me is one of my most wonderful souls I've ever met it my life. I regret that I wasn't there while the drink shop was open, but I hear they have wonderful fresh juices. If you're traveling down 66 and you're looking for a relaxing vibe to rest, Almara Inn is, and will continue to be, the best spot in Tecumcari."

My room was cozy, and the coffee was honestly amazing — way better than I expected from a hotel. The best part was the service. Crystal at the front desk was so kind and welcoming when I checked in at night. She really made me feel comfortable after a long day. I totally recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again next time!"

The bed was so comfortable and the place was so welcoming! Our room had a small table for two and a cute armchair. I especially love the holiday touches outside along with the outdoor furniture; I can see these being enjoyed when the weather is mild. While I communicated with Jody, everyone I met was so friendly and accommodating. I'll have to come back here next time I stop by Tucumcari.."

A little on the small side, but very comfortable and spotless. The motel has a beautiful historic charm - in a very cool town that is well worth a visit. A special shout-out to Crystal, who truly added to a memorable stay. She is very knowledgeable about the town’s history, knows all the best places to eat, and even gave me directions to some hidden gems I would’ve never found otherwise. Crystal went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Oh, and they have Roku TVs that allow you to watch everything - including Sunday Night Footbal. A huge plus!! Overall, one of the best stays I’ve had anywhere. Highly recommended!"
