"I don’t normally hand out 5 stars because there is always room for improvement…BUT…. I am an extremely happy customer! I absolutely love this place. When I say the food is good I mean it was Great. So fresh, so flavorful and cooked to perfection. Service was fast and friendly, clean and tidy and the vibe was awesome. I found my new favorite restaurant. I had the lil street tacos and my husband had the wet burrito and it was so yummy. I’ll be talking telling everyone about there delicious food! Awesome job on the fresh and delicious food American Taco Company!"

"I can’t ever decide which is better…. ATC or Scurff’s?? I just keep coming back to find out. This is one of the top two places to eat in Rolla. Definitely come here and try allll the things. Their steak quesadillas are fantastic. This time I got just the three taco combo for $9. I upgraded and got the steak and wow! So good. You have to try the salsa verde. So tasty. I’ve been so many times and keep coming back. The service is just as good as the food. Ive always been greeted with someone who loves their job. You won’t be disappointed. Highly recommend American Taco Company."

"Very nice owner. The food was fresh and he was great at recommending his favorites. The meat is what shines - great seasoning and flavor - I had beef and pork street tacos. Wife had pineapple habenaro. Beans and rice didn’t have seasoning but that’s ok, they’re nice additions to the tacos and he has a cool selection of hot sauces made by a small maker. They were good."
