My brother went into order and order me a double stacker Arby's sandwich with cheddar cheese had some sweet style bbq that was on it which I did not know included on my sandwich I explained to the cashier and the lead that I did not want that sauce on it. Deleted that they would start making a new sandwich when the assistant manager Beverly came to assist me on my order she made sure that not only did they replace my sandwich the way that I wanted it, but it was very well prepared. Beverly was very personable and very friendly. That's great customer service! ☺️"

He recommended the loaded fries which aren't on the menu anymore and I'm so glad he did! Delicious! 2 big chicken sandwiches and a loaded fries for $10 and some odd cents. This is how fast food should be ! Thank y'all for good service and good food."

Our order was ready in about 10 minutes. Our order of mozzarella sticks was missing but that was easily remedied. Everything was fresh and tasty. My son had the premium nuggets for the first time and really liked them (and I enjoyed what I tried, too). My husband had a roast beef sandwich with curly fries, always reliable. I had the chicken salad sandwich, which I haven’t had at an Arby’s in ages. In all, a good road trip stop."
