They used pickle mustard greens(酸菜) and cilantro, which are traditional toppings for Taiwanese beef noodle soup. However, they used another cut of beef instead of the traditional beef shank. Overall, it’s a nice place to visit during a trip to Las Vegas. The waiter was also very friendly."

Broth is flavorful, inside is really big and chill. They have lot of snacks on sale too. Good stop for going between places!"

The beef didn’t have any fat which is how I prefer, but since then I have ordered it about 3 or 4 times and each time the flavoring has been different. I also tried out the Chicken Fried Rice and it ended up being one of my favorites. The Chicken Fried Rice was also pretty good when I poured the braised beef noodle soup on it. I didn’t give them a 5 star because of the lack of customer service sometimes. I have visited this location more than once and wasn’t greeted nor acknowledged until they were ready to take my order on multiple occasions. A simple “Welcome” or …”Be right with you.” Can go along way. All in all though this is a good spot with good food full of flavor."
