The owner was really nice and we bonded over a conversation re our shared perspective on “the boots on the ground baby.” In case you are wondering, we agreed it was shameful how that child is being exploited. But back to The Bodega…I bought a few souvenirs and believe me, there were so many neat things for sale. A fridge magnet, The Green Book, and Blackopoly came home with me even as I had my eyes on a few other cool items!! This is a must stop for anyone visiting Greenwood. The owner also mentioned she would be moving to a bigger site across the street so there will be more space to see really neat things. What a super cool find on a rainy Sunday."

I assume it was the owner because employees rarely have that kind of enthusiasm! There's a lot of cool merchandise and our guest spent more than she intended. Prices are a little high but that's expected in this type of store and that's just FYI and not really a complaint"
