"Super Bowl Sunday. It was our first time visiting, and unfortunately, the interaction we had with Olivia left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. When someone in our group asked about paying for a pool game, the response came across as dismissive, along with a look that made him feel embarrassed for simply asking a question. As first-time guests, we were unfamiliar with how things worked, and a little patience or friendliness would have gone a long way. Later, when ordering drinks and attemptingto order food, the same negative demeanor continued. The facial expressions and tone made us feel like we were a nuisance rather than paying customers. We understand that busy days can be stressful, especially during major events, but hospitality and basic courtesy still make a big difference in how guests experience a place. I chose not to say anything in the moment, but the interaction stuck with me because no one should feel belittled for asking normal questions. I hope this feedback can be taken constructively so future guests don’t leave feeling the same way we did. Thank you for your time."

"This is a really dope hometown sports bar with a crazy menu. They got Mexican and trendy mixes plus the burgers wings and thick dogs. Whoever created/makes the menu grub is on point. Selection is insane plus they got a crazy 7 hour happy hour from 11am to 6pm. Must try."
