The owner checked in on us and was very professional and polite and we could tell he really loved his business! We will definitely be back!!"

a year ago"Food truck in Elk City specializing in smash burgers. Owner was very friendly and told us he learned the recipe and technique from a 75 year old restaurant in Texas. You can definately tell they care about the food. Got the hell burger with hatch chili, jalapeño and pepper jack. Burgers were two patties smashed down with the creamy pepper jack between and on top. The bun was soft and perfectly complimented the burger. It was not too spicy, just had a bit of a kick. It was one of the best burgers I've had in while. Super juicy and flavorful with the cheese melted perfectly. Came with perfectly seasoned fries in a special spiral cut. I will be craving this burger for a while!
