Cafe Provencal

"This is a gem of a restaurant in a shopping center in Kirkwood, a suburb of St Louis. The scallop appetizer was outstanding, and the caesar salad was the best I've had in a long time. For my main dish, I ordered a 6-oz fillet with bernaise sauce and fries. The steak was tender and the fries were delicious. Next time, I would probably have them omit the sauce. For dessert, I had an enjoyable slice of lemon tart. The service was excellent, and the ambience was that of a Paris bistro. UPDATE-1: Another very enjoyable evening at this restaurant. Had the chocolate mousse for dessert."
