Carreta El Asadero

"I never expected to have the best Mexican food I’ve tried in the U.S. at the Grand Canyon — especially from a food truck! But Carreta El Asadero completely proved me wrong. Now I understand why this place has such great reviews. Everything we ordered was delicious — the tacos and burritos were amazing. The food was fresh, flavorful, and honestly better than many sit-down restaurants. The prices were great too. One tip: many people order ahead, and I didn’t know that, so I ended up waiting a bit after ordering. But honestly, it was absolutely worth the wait. Even though it was busy, the owner was kind, welcoming, and clearly put so much care into the food."

"Everything was made to order and tastes super fresh. Amazing service, delicious food, and the perfect place to stop by during a long road trip. Definitely will be coming back and recommending this place to everybody I know. I got the lengua burrito, and it was super well-made and very tender. The Asada and the adobada tacos were also delicious."

"We are so happy we made this stop on our way to Phoenix,AZ. The food and service was amazing. We had the tacos and burritos. The tacos were just right for my dad and the burritos( comes with yummy fries) were very delicious. I loved the burritos lingue. I highly recommend making this pit stop . 5 star service too!
