The staff is friendly and helpful. And the district manager is a scream. She’s very welcoming to everyone who walks in the door. Turns out this is a NYC-based company. But it feels like a locally owned shop. Kudos to the district manager and her staff for that."

I knew of Chip City for when I went to NYC a few years ago, and I have been wanting to try them. So when they opened in Chicago, I was so excited. The flavors I got were chocolate chip, chocolate lava, and confetti cookie. This is a must try bakery!! 10/10"

Also had their butter cookie with biscoff filling, this one was very good. Chocolate chip has to be top notch for a cookie shop. Nice clean location which also offers drinks. I would visit again to try other options."
