"They’re always so friendly and helpful. The self checkouts decided to stop working during my most recent visit. The employees were super helpful with checking me out and making sure the many discounts I had were applied. That’s sometimes hard to figure out under pressure, but they did it with a smile"

"I started going to CVS because Walgreens customer service was horrible. They were rude, lied to me and always crabby. CVS is so much better, staff always in a good mood. Polite, and the service is exceptional. I think they should have the highest rating. I am paying a little more but the respect I get is worth it."
