"First time eating at Earl’s. I was pleasantly surprised how great our experience was. The service is top notch. Even though it was super busy. Our server was incredibly nice and very attentive. The restaurant was really clean. The portions were HUGE. I got the special and it came with a lot…including desert!! We even were given chips and salsa! I really liked that Native artisans were able to sell their jewelry and art. It’s nice to buy directly from the artists. And the quality was impressive with reasonable pricing. Earl’s is a wonderful restaurant!"

"If you want to experience an old school New Mexican diner, check his is your place. It’s definitely dated but in a way that feels like home. The food is good and the service is fast and helpful. I had the enchiladas - Christmas (red and green chile). It was spicy and delicious. Complimentary chips and salsa is a huge bonus!"

"This place was a very nice atmosphere, good customer service and the food was excellent. Huge portions and everything we ate tasted amazing. Everything was made fresh and was very pleasing to the taste buds. Price range is great 10-20 per person. We will come again."

"We went to a popular restaurant for dinner today. I’ve known about this place for a long time because some of my students work there part-time, but this was my first time actually eating there. My wife and I ordered a New Mexico combo (or something with a similar name) and a chicken strip combo. When my food arrived, I was shocked—it was a huge portion! The taste was good, though there was one small downside: the taco didn’t come with sour cream or avocado. My wife’s chicken strips were excellent—tasty and juicy. I believe they were homemade, not frozen. The prices were low and very reasonable. I’ll definitely come back again."

"Cute place, and very quick! We stopped here for lunch while passing through Gallup, and it is an institution to the area. It was very busy when we got there, as it was lunch time on a Saturday. Most tables were full, with a line forming by the time we were leaving. It's right off the highway, so it's an easy and convenient stop, and they have a handle on getting people in and out quickly. My husband got a sort of open face chili burger and I got a cheeseburger. My husband thought his food was great and got maybe halfway through it, good portion size. My burger was pretty basic. It kind of reminded me of the burger you'd get at a big family bbq, grilled patty, standard toppings, nothing fancy. Not bad at all, just simple, and does the trick. Our waiter, Dean, was wonderful! Friendly, attentive, and quick. Drinks came quickly, food came not long after ordering, and we never needed anything. The vibe inside is very classic diner, casual and welcoming. They do also incorporate a Native American market, so artists and vendors walk from table to table selling jewelry and art. It's a really unique experience, I wasn't expecting it, but it felt like we were experiencing local culture."
