El Indio Staunton (Mexican Restaurant)

"Being Mexican your standard is high. So I came to El Indio for dinner. The staff was friendly and helped me with my request on the large michelada. That was ok. Staff suggested the tacos al carbon and I went for 2 asada and 2 al pastor. Wooow. Pastor was so good, I haven’t tried something this good nearby, and then the asada didn’t disappoint as well ; asada had a kick that I really liked. My friend asked for birria quesadilla which was ok but after trying pastor nothing will top that. The stew from the birria was good too. She also had a margarita and she said it was good. You have to try their pastor and the tacos al carbon they were amazing!"
