The Plot Twist cocktail was a standout favorite, and I’m officially obsessed with the lobster donut paired with the salt & vinegar fries. Do yourself a favor and make the reservation, you won’t regret it"

Salmon was dialed in, pasta sauce was absolutely unhinged in the best way, and Ace swore the steak was fantastic. I’m not touching flesh so we’ll take your word for it Ace. The ambiance is a full vibe, moody, sexy, and fun. A fantastic friend dinner spot. Service impeccable. I expect nothing less. I didn’t think anything could outdo Yellowbelly, but…. You be the judge."

We ordered the salt and vinegar fries, lobster donut, pork belly skewers, and drinks. We also shared bites of the raw bar with table mates. The fries were a table-favorite. They were genuinely enjoyable & fairly straightforward. Another standout was the scallop crudo which was delicately presented with thinly sliced scallops. It was refined & felt very minimal and intentional. Overall, we found the smaller plates to be the stronger part of the menu, while the larger entrées didn’t stand out as much for our table. Overall, the menu is elegant and includes a notable raw bar selection, which isn’t quite my personal preference. That said, Extra Wavy an excellent choice for diners who enjoy subtle, seafood-forward dishes, drinks, and thoughtfully plated small plates."
