Food 4 Less

"VERY CONVENIENT LOCATION! I was attending a 66ers game nearby and needed some vitacilina (antibiotic cream) asap before the game started and Food4Less had it! Items are a bit tricky to locate, so you may need an extra set of eyes or help from a worker. The store is very large and well-stocked. It's in the heart of SB so you can expect the amount of traffic coming through. I thought the store was pretty calm and had good music playing. The shopping experience was pleasant. As for customer service, it's severely lacking. The girl at the express checkout was rude and doesn't say hello when you greet her. She also didn't acknowledge me except for when it was time to pay, I rather deal with a kiosk because at least they have a greeting and better manners lol. Oh and there's plenty of parking outside! DON’T COME AT ME, BUT I KINDA LOVE IT! This Food4Less always gets a bad reputation since it’s in downtown San Bernardino and in a low-income area. HOWEVER, it’s got ALL the groceries I need when I need them! I mean, when do you ever find wheat PB&J sandwiches from Smuckers at Stater Bros? I even found some cool sandwiches with honey in them! I always stop by here before a 66ers game down the street to stock up on game-day snacks and items. The lines are quickly tended to, I’ve never waited more than 8 mins in line! I’m literally in and out of this store. The staff is decent, but they could use a raise (some are a little bitter and burnt out). I’ve spotted plenty of security and parking. Overall, this store is very spacious and clean. I love the little Polar Bear cutout inside, it’s charming and definitely fills my heart with joy."
