The ingredients are selected from authentic businesses in Italy to ensure authentic flavors, color, and texture in each scoop of their gelato. I tried the lime gelato and found that it had a great kick of flavor and sourness. It tasted like I was actually eating a lime and it was delicious! Another one that we got was blood orange and just like the lime, it has an intense flavor, with a citrus taste. Both of them are very good and light, which doesn't leave a heavy feeling in your stomach. To finish it all up, I tried an Italian cream soda, with vanilla. It was just as great as the gelato.
