"I stopped by Ghirardelli Ice Cream and Chocolate Shop and ordered the strawberry milkshake, and it was excellent. The milkshake was thick, creamy, and packed with real strawberry flavor. It tasted fresh and well balanced, not overly sweet, and you could tell it was made with high quality ingredients. The texture was perfect and every sip was rich and satisfying. The portion size was generous and the presentation was great, topped with whipped cream and made fresh to order. It was refreshing and easily one of the better milkshakes I have had. You can really tell why Ghirardelli has such a strong reputation for desserts and chocolate. The atmosphere inside was clean, lively, and welcoming. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the service was smooth even though it was busy. Overall, it was a great experience and the strawberry milkshake alone is worth trying. If you are in Chicago and looking for a high quality milkshake or dessert, Ghirardelli is definitely worth visiting. I would highly recommend it and will be back again."

"Ordered the Gold Rush and Strawberry Passion and both were satisfying, especially if you enjoy sweet, chocolatey desserts. The shop has lots of menu options and nice view to enjoy the ice cream. It is a bit pricey but overall it’s a good spot to visit once in a while for dessert."
