"I visited Giordano’s in Chicago and had a great experience overall. We ordered the Margherita pizza and the Veggie pizza. The Margherita was easily a 5 out of 5. The crust was perfectly baked, the cheese was rich and flavorful, and the sauce had an amazing balance of freshness and depth. Every bite was satisfying and it really delivered on the classic Chicago deep dish experience. The Veggie pizza was decent, but not as strong as the Margherita. I would rate it a 2.75 out of 5. The vegetables tasted fresh and the portion size was generous, but the overall flavor did not stand out as much. It was still enjoyable, just not something I would personally order again compared to their other options. What really made this visit stand out was the customer service. They welcomed us in about 30 minutes before closing and did not rush us at all. They allowed us to sit comfortably and finish our meal even after closing time, which was greatly appreciated. That level of hospitality made the experience feel welcoming and memorable. Overall, between the incredible Margherita pizza and the outstanding service, I would still rate Giordano’s a full 5 out of 5. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Chicago and looking for an authentic deep dish pizza experience."

"We decided to take a trip to try as much Chicago style pizza as we could and this was one of the locations recommended! We got one of the meat lovers medium deep dish pizzas! It was delicious! I would say that this restaurant was one of the best pizzas that we had! We also got the wings for an appetizer, they were good too! We used Google reservations to book a time and they immediately seated us when we arrived! The service was good and the restaurant was clean! I would definitely recommend going back!"

"This was our first time trying Giordano’s famous deep-dish pizza in Chicago. The pizza was different from what we’re used to and was okay-ish — not a huge fan personally, but it’s definitely something you should try at least once if you’re visiting Chicago just to get the experience. The place itself was decent, but we did have to wait about an hour for our pizza, which is something to keep in mind. Overall, worth a visit for the classic Chicago-style pizza experience."

"Chicago pizza might just give New York a run for its money. I tried this location, and although the wait for a table was long about 45 minutes. I chose the alternative option to order take-out. I ordered the deep-pan pizza with a salad, and it did not disappoint. The pizza was incredibly delicious, full of flavor, and the crust was so soft it practically melted in my mouth. I genuinely think this place serves some really great pizza."

"I had a lot of hype for their pizza. I was indeed impressed by their food and I really enjoyed it. To start their check in was smooth and their service was amicable. We got deep dish pizza (half Chicago style and half meat and more meat), calamari and more. For drinks we got Pepsi and beer. The draft beer was fresh and refreshing. The Pepsi was ok as I had 3/4th cup of ice which diluted the flavor. The calamari was good and fresh. It was accompanied by fried lime and pickle. Their marinara sauce dip was great and moorish. The pizza took us 45+ minutes. The Chicago pizza was amazing fresh and flavorful with crunchy veggies and the meat and more meat flavor was good. I found the meat to be fresh and the pizza to be perfectly cooked. Overall we had a great experience and I’ll definitely try more flavors when I visit Chicago next time."
