"This was the BEST dining experience I’ve ever had. The coursed menu was creative and delicious. We sat at the chef’s table and watched our courses being created in real time, which was incredible. The service was also spectacular! Each server was very knowledgeable and never missed a beat. They anticipated our every need and lead the way through this unique coursed menu. The bar manager and sommelier on staff, Marco, was very creative with our cocktails and fully educated us on the wine selection, which complemented the food perfectly. The whole staff down to the Administrative Director, Natalie, made our first anniversary one for the memory books. Thank you all for such a wonderful night. We will never forget it!!"

"Living in New Orleans dining is part of our culture. I was visiting Oklahoma and looking around for an amazing dining experience in OKC. I came across Grey Sweater. It had all of the things I was looking for: James Beard Award Winning Chef, 10 course tasting menu with wine pairing, beautiful atmosphere, and a submersible experience with personal service! IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT! They called a few days ahead of our reservation to get a more personal feel for our adventure and any dietary restrictions. My son made the Deans List and I wanted to bring him to a special elevated dining experience as a reward! The staff hand signed a card for him and had it waiting at our seats at the bar! So special! Our server was very knowledgeable about every detail of our water, wine, and dishes! The open kitchen and getting to watch the chefs work added to the experience! The host and bartender were absolutely amazing as well! Everyone was very welcoming and came to us to ask the flavors we desired so he could hand craft each of us a cocktail we would enjoy! We loved every second of our 4 hour dinner and would absolutely recommend a stop in for a special occasion. It’s a treat! Thank you to all of the staff that made our experience phenomenal! Keep up the great work!"

"This would definitely be a michelin restaurant if they came into OKC. Being from Houston and multiple michelin restaurants around the world and with service and quality of dishes this is definitely up there. Love how the drinks are catered to the flavor palette vs stock and pacing is great. Would definitely recommend if in OKC for any reason."

"From start to finish everything was amazing! Party of 2. Selected the 10 course meal without the wine pairing. We did select wines by the glass to pair with our food throughout the experience. Chatting with the Ambassador is a nice touch especially as someone with a few dietary restrictions and preferences. Sitting at the chef’s counter also added a special touch. Would definitely recommend over table seating. Highly recommend for that special occasion or celebration!"

"We were really looking forward to this experience, especially hoping to see Chef Black in action—that was actually the main reason we chose this spot. Unfortunately, he wasn’t there during our visit, which was a letdown since we were excited to meet him and try his personal creations. That said, the food itself was enjoyable—well-prepared and tasty—but I was hoping for something a bit more creative and diverse. We had the 7-course meal, and while beautifully presented, it didn’t feel particularly filling or as adventurous as other chef’s tables I’ve experienced. For those new to this kind of dining, it’s definitely a fun and luxurious introduction. But for seasoned diners who crave bold, diverse flavors, it might not fully meet expectations. What truly stood out, though, was the staff. Rusty, Michael, and I think the Chef name might have been Adam, not entirely sure, however, they were pretty awesome! They were incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and made the experience fun from start to finish. The chefs behind the counter were talented and put on a great show, and the restaurant itself is spotless, elegant, and clearly high-end."
