"I've been going to Hodaks for over 50 years. Yep. Hands down best fried chicken and don't let me forget the fried mushrooms! Oh Dear Lord mouthwatering! WISH Hodaks was closer to me. "If you like FRIED American fare, this place is for you! Recommend the 1/2 Fried Chicken, substitute French Fries for Queso Mac’n’cheese and an order of Sticky Sauce for dipping! The coleslaw is vinegar based and uniquely good. Great value (affordable), very friendly staff that are stalwart figureheads that make the culture of this establishment what it is. "Very good fried chicken. It may sound weird, but I liked their fried chicken livers more than the chicken. The breading on the chicken has no seasoning. Quality chicken, nice crunch, zero spice. Again, very good. I just like at least some seasoning. Service is outstanding. Place has tons of character as you would expect from an establishment that's been around since 1962. A must stop for anyone on a fried chicken journey."
