"The man behind the counter was extremely helpful and nice! He gave us suggestions for bars based on the flavors we were most interested in trying and seemed really kind-hearted. We got four different bars to go (birthday cake cookie dough, slutty brownie, gooey caramel cookie, and strawberry brown butter oatmeal cookie). They were each delicious but I think strawberry brown butter oatmeal cookie and gooey caramel cookie were standouts and tasted incredible. I also really appreciate how these are made with no refined sugar because my family has been trying to cut down on our sugar intake while still satisfying our sweet tooth. These definitely do the trick!"

"I felt like a little kid again! As someone with a lot of dietary restrictions, I don’t get a lot of fun treats, and I almost always have to choose between something that tastes good or something that makes me feel good. Not at Ingrained Bakery! I tried as many as I could during my trip in town, and savored every delicious, sweet, healthy bite."

"I was given the opportunity to visit this spot after my sister and husband brought the brownie home for me to sample. I love the decor of this spot, the greenery of the plants echoes how their products promote plant-based, healthy sweets. I think that what would elevate this location is to add some additional beverage options, I know adding more to the drink menu is probably more time and money, but it might help grow your customers, this generation loves a good matcha. Something that can be challenging for some in this economy is that things can be pricey if on a budget, but that’s with anything in life. I think a helpful way to mitigate this would be to implement a reward system if there isn’t one already. For example, after spending a certain amount of $$ we are given a free sweet treat or beverage or a discount on a treat of our choice. I understand that is a business, and that with the type of products you are making, you have to make profit, so take my suggestions as a grain of salt. This place has something special and I plan to order from here again."

"I don't usually write reviews but this place definitely deserves it. I live a block away from their location and I see them hand making all their snacks when I walk by the shop. After walking by so much, I decided to stop it and get one of their ice cream bars. Not only was the bar visually pleasing and unique compared to other ice cream bars, but you would never know it was vegan and gluten free. Such a yummy, guilt free treat that I feel lucky to live so close to :)"

"They are known best for their bars! Get the bars! You definitely pay a gluten-free tax here, but it’s a price I’m willing to spend for bars this good. Their cookie bars and a mix between frozen ice cream, cookie dough, and an ice cream sandwich. It is phenomenal. My party got the other items (specifically the cookies and cream balls and the walnut peanut butter cup) and weren’t too much of a fan, but everyone loves my brambleberry bar. I really cannot wait to try their cinnamon roll! I will definitely be back!"
