"I went there for Bad Bunny’s concert and I was really impressed by how well-organized it is. The arena is huge, clean, and easy to navigate, with plenty of food and drink options inside. The atmosphere during events is incredible: loud, energetic, and truly engaging. Whether you’re there for a concert, a sports game, or a special event, the venue delivers a great experience. Comfortable seating, good visibility from almost anywhere, and smooth entry and exit make it even better. Overall, a fantastic place to enjoy an evening out in Louisville."

"All arenas are NOT built the same! There are little differences that are noticeable and pleasantly different from other arenas. Perhaps its the amount of history displayed, the easy access to stores, the fresh cooking cheesesteak steak, or the helpful smiling attendants placed in all the right places that make this a great place to enjoy sports or shows. It could be the covered walkways that you use to access from parking garages? It might be the design of the building that resonates the sound of the game over the noise or music. The concierge and presidents rooms are great spaces to enjoy the show. 10/10 rating for the KFC Yum! Arena!"

"My mom and I absolutely love the KFC Yum! Center as proud season ticket holders for UofL basketball! 🏀 The venue is always spotless throughout, and the staff are consistently friendly, helpful, and courteous. We love our seats in the lower bowl, but honestly, there isn’t a bad seat in the house—whether you’re attending a concert or a ballgame, every view is great! The energy and excitement on game day are second to none, and the food and beverage options just keep getting better every season. We also enjoy the game-day giveaways and the chance to purchase Cardinal merchandise, including gear from former players. It’s always a first-class experience from start to finish—Go Cards!"

"Had a great night at Winter Jam 2026 here! Found free street parking on a Saturday evening just a few blocks away from the yum center and saved money that way! It’s a beautiful arena and very well maintained. If the food / drink prices weren’t so high, I would’ve given 5 stars. I did manage to sneak in a few water bottles and thank God I did because bottled water was 6.50. Same price as sodas. If you don’t want to break the bank, eat a big meal before going in!"

"My girlfriend and I went to see Lindsey Stirling, here. First time I'd been to Yum Center. Well laid out. Organized. Easy to navigate, and the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to help. The place is deceptively big. Not a fan of the cashless system, but I understand why they have it."
