"My family single ladies had our annual Valentines Day Dinner at Longhorn Steakhouse. This was our first time at this location. Our food was great. The Arnold Palmers ,half tea/half lemonade, were good too. My chop steak was cooked exactly the way I wanted it, medium rare. My daughter was impressed with the cowboy pork chops. I loved my crispy Brussels sprouts and mixed greens side salad."

"The table shared parmesan cheese fries, stuffed mushrooms, and the wild west shrimp, all were delicious! Parmesan Chicken, Cheeseburger and a Ribeye were ordered for dinner. Although there were a few hiccups, it all got sorted out and the food waste great. Our server topped it all though, Madison, was phenomenal! Drinks stayed full, the hiccups got fixed quickly and with the best attitude. Thank you, Madison, for being the positive energy that you are."

"First time visiting, we will definitely be back. We were greeted at the door and was seated right away. Our server was Brandon, he was amazing!! I ordered a Ribeye, cooked medium and it was cooked to perfection! Everything was so good, SO GOOD!! Ask for Brandon if you come."

"Greeted properly at the door and seated quickly. Food was great, properly cooked porterhouse. Juicy and flavorful! Mashed potatoes and corn all fantastic! But let's talk about what's more important, Madison!!! Madison was my server and she was fantastic! On point, very attentive, cheerful and brought my food out hot right after it was cooked. I normally dine alone and most often forgot but not Madison! Never once did I have to look for someone for water, desert or anything, she was absolute fire! So we all know Longhorn is a hit or miss, but stop in Rolla for some great service from some real good people! Thx Madison!!! Bad pic on the main meal, I was starving!:) 2nd visit. Josh was my Server and the dude was on point! Attentive, polite, and "heard" every ask. You can tell this cat has been in a kitchen. Knew when to come by my table and knew when to let me eat. Perfect service!!! Ribeye cooked to perfection, fire roasted corn was 🔥 and stuffed baked potato was cooked just right. Keep doing what your doing Rolla Longhorn woth the staff, you have excellent choices in front of house and back of house. Thank you!"
