"We stopped in for a drink and something to munch on. Very friendly staff and fun atmosphere. Great music playing loud enough to hear and enjoy, but not too loud! Pretzel appetizer was delicious and a great portion size."

"We had a great time and our server Nicholas was amazing. I asked for sweet tea which they didn’t have but he went ahead and brewed up some fresh tea and brought me a bowl of sugar. He also helped out a lot with menu and allergy questions, going and grabbing the actual bottles of syrups to check for allergies and show us the ingredients. Incredible time, thanks to Nick, amazing food as well."

"The restaurant is pretty good, our server Robert was very nice and respectful but the servers clothes are a little inadequate (black shirt and beige shorts) even for a regular restaurant. The food was nice, I ordered the garlic bacon burger and I love it, my wife ordered the cajun seafood pasta and asked if was spicy, the server said it wasn't too much but it was, he even noticed and asked if we wanted to change but she ate anyway, also the scallops didn’t taste like real scallops to me. Overall it is a great restaurant if you want to eat great food not paying a lot."

"On a recent trip to Chicago, my friend and I walked to Navy Pier from our Hotel to eat dinner. We decided to try Margaritaville. We went on the Friday before Memorial Day weekend. The place was hopping but we were seated immediately. Our server was friendly and attentive. Our drinks and food were served promptly. I ordered the Perfect Margarita on the rocks and the Greek Salad. My friend ordered the BahamaMama and the crispy coconut shrimp which came with fries. There was a photographer on site who offered to take pictures of each customer for a fee. She was very pleasant and personable. She took four different pictures of my friend and me. The result was impressive. The photos looked very professional. We each bought a set to remind us of the wonderful time we spent at Margaritaville in Navy Pier. I certainly will return the next time I'm in Chicago."

"We have been to a Margaritaville before. This location didn’t seem to have the atmosphere of the other we visited. The restaurant layout is very tight and it felt very cramped. There is an outside seating area and two inside areas. The food was good, but we only ordered the Volcano nachos. Our sever was very good. Food prices weren’t bad. Drink prices were crazy, but it’s at Navy Pier where everything is expensive."
