3 weeks ago"One of the best McDonald's locations in the area. Fast service, great staff. The only fault I can give is the massive amount of homeless people in the area that frequently beg customers for money or cause disturbances in the store. This location could greatly improve by reducing that. Besides that, expect quality service here."

3 months ago"This location is incredibly busy as its an inexpensive food and drink option in a very busy area. However, there are lots of seating here and the staff is very efficient in getting your orders.. we ended up taking our food to go as it was busy and there are lots of "non-customers" in here off the street. Food was good and served quick. Good inexpensive food option in a pricey Santa Monica Pier area. We did not know but, there is free parking available for McDonald's customers within the building."
