5 months ago"Late dinner. I appreciate the service I received at McDonald’s in Gallup. I visited in the evening and ordered a fish sandwich combo. Upon inspection, the fish fillet was not fresh, so I returned my sandwich, including the fries. The manager inquired if I needed assistance and I requested a fresh fish fillet. She asked if I was willing to wait, and I replied affirmatively. I am pleased to report that my sandwich was freshly prepared, and the fries were also fresh, resulting in a satisfactory dinner. Thank you to the Native American lady at the McDonald’s in Gallup. I believe her name was either Cassie or Kathy.The manager."
