Mikomi Sushi Santa Monica

"Came in on a Sunday afternoon when they opened and was seated right away. The restaurant itself is beautiful! Very modern and clean. Straight to the food - hands down one of the best sushi spots I’ve had in Santa Monica! The seafood is fresh and the pieces are very generous. Price is very reasonable for what you get. They even have happy hour and drink specials too. They just launched their new Izakaya menu that’s great for finger food and sharing. Servers were also great and attentive. A must-try!"

"Visited Mikomi Sushi in Santa Monica and had such a great experience from start to finish. There’s a parking structure nearby, which made parking surprisingly easy for this area and took a lot of stress out of the visit. The sushi and food were very fresh, with clean flavors and great quality ingredients. Everything came out beautifully presented and tasted just as good — you can really tell care goes into each dish. The interior is also so pretty — cozy, modern, and thoughtfully designed, making it a great spot for a casual meal, a date night, or catching up with friends. Service was friendly and attentive, and the overall vibe was relaxed and welcoming."

"This is what Santa Monica has been missing! An affordable japanese resturant with a huge menu. My fiancee and I were able to get stuff from there izakaya menu + sushi with fat pieces of fish. We got their yakitori, a baked roll, nigiri and a couple other dishes. It felt like Japanese tapas! The waiter explain what some of the dishes since we were open to trying new things. It's like we were back in Japan because the ambience and interior decor transported you there. It's a perfect spot for a date night. P.S. Parking was so easy! I found a spot at the structure less than one minute away walking. HIGHLY recommend this spot for lunch date. Yes, they have bottomless mimosas too!"

"Stopped by here on a weekend and made it in time for their lunch specials! Decent sushi + portions for pretty good prices! Their happy hour menu is also pretty worth it if you can't make their lunch special. The ambiance is nice inside and suitable for all group sizes (big/small) and you can go walk around third street promenade after!
