"This place screams Arizona! Wow This place is so incredibly delicious and it has everything I have ever craved while in Arizona - STEAK! Head Chef Paul is one of the best chefs on the west coast and this restaurant is almost like Arizonas very own “Bear” styled restaurant these guys give it their all, blood sweat and laughs. Factually this is the best new restaurant Williams has ever been graced with, so much so that if this restaurant keeps up the brilliance and uniqueness of what they are doing, it’s so good Williams property value will go up. Decor: brilliant, clean modern but with that rustic homey old school that’s got a lot of character vibes. Solid tables, solid chairs and perfect chunky plates Service: Truly so hospitable! The staff go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and having the best time. They bring a sense of elevated standards to the whole town of Williams like how it’s suppose to be done:) Food: the best steak I have had in Arizona. Chargrilled ribeye with the perfect marbling - yes please! The whole table got it and it was the meal of the year for us! Starting with the mussels which were divine, white wine and bacon definitely do work together in this combo and chef surprised us with the salmon dip which is next level delicious and every thing you needed but you needed a push - best salmon dip I have ever had, with the perfect sized toasted baguette bread and pickled onion and pickled jalapeño - delicious The ribeye was cooked to perfection and seasoned so well! It comes with a choice of the cut, a choice of the rub, a choice of the sauce and comes with two sides- I went for the Yukon gold mash with goat cheese, made me cry a little lol and I had the collard greens which tasted so good I had to make sure my mama didn’t get slapped - absolutely delicious with a bourbon and bacon cook on the collards it was a great balance but also wholesome! The Drinks: Finally someone in this area can make a proper dirty martini! And it’s here! All of those drinks your scared to order with the boys, don’t worry Miss Kittys has got you, except after you have a proper cocktail here you will have a new favorite - the bar has everything you would ever want or need. And it is one of the coolest looking bars I’ve ever seen:) Overall THIS IS THE PLACE!! Please do yourself and your loved ones a favor and go and try this brilliance of food that is nothing short of Art and love infused together. Chef Paul has done it again and he brings his Midas touch to all of his dishes and he reminds you of how food and restaurant experiences are meant to be!"

"I was genuinely impressed not just by the food at Miss Kitty’s, but also by the incredible staff. The menu was creative, elevated, and absolutely delicious. Chef Paul, Sue, Nick, and Amy made our entire dining experience unforgettable—it was a true pleasure getting to know each of them. They treat you like an old friend, and each one has a story that adds to the charm of the place. The hospitality was top-notch from start to finish and the flavors of the food even better."

"My wife and I don’t eat at fancy restaurants. Mostly because I’ve been in the industry and when you pay fancy prices, you’re not always getting what you really want. What you tend to get is clout saying you went and really the cost per ounce never seems to add up. So for the wife’s birthday we made a trip up north to #Williams Az and we stopped in to see one of my favorite people and one of the most amazing #chefs I’ve been blessed with sharing a kitchen space with in competition. @solarborn at @misskittyssteakhouse I’ve been traveling up and down #i40 and #route66 for years and when I’m say it’s never seen anything like this place I mean it! Even if Chef Paul was my enemy I’d still recommend him and his team for a James Beard and a Micheline Star! Make the drive from far and wide and do your pallet a flavor! Bōn Apetíté! P.s don’t pass on the steamed Mussels!"
