"Oscar's probably has some of the best traditional Arizona Mexican food in Flagstaff and has been a constant for so long on Milton at Riordan, it could possibly be classified as a landmark. Served on disposable ware or to go,, it's not fancy, but the food is always prepared fresh and always served after management approval of the dish. Oscar's has my vote for the best tamales and taquitos to be found in downtown Flagstaff."

"Oscar's has been one of our favorite places in town for ages. We placed a LARGE takeout order for our company holiday party (with several days heads up of course) and they graciously obliged. The owner went above and beyond for us, provided an excellent dinner for us and our staff, and even called afterward to make sure we were satisfied and to thank us for tipping. "Solid Mexican spot. I tend to go for the tacos and my friends got the daily combo special. I really love how they combine small tortillas to make their tacos. It’s perfect. They also know how to make a pretty good tamale. And the staff are always delightful. This place needs more attention bc they deserve to thrive in Flagstaff."

"Love Oscar's! I was here visiting for the weekend & came across his spot. I had a hard time decided what I wanted but he did let me know about his lunch specials , I tried the 3 amigos lunch plate & that was literally the BEST MEXICAN FOOD I've had in a while , I Had To Buy 3 plates ! . We used to have a place in Phoenix called PANCHOS & His food brought me back to when I was younger eating there.... He was very welcoming and Informative. I loved the VIBES ! "We got Taco Tuesday shredded Beef Taco plate & vegetarian burrito. We both really loved what we got. We spent $33 including drinks on both of us which I feel is great in this age of expensive food. Atmosphere is minimal but clean and the food is excellent. We would definitely come back if we lived here."
