Onto the food, the bee's knees was a great pizza, and if wood fired is your thing this is the place to be. We got the Caesar Salad and WOW, just an absolutely amazing salad. However, the only thing I would say is that it could've used bolder flavors. Maybe swap the honey for a hot honey? Maybe using more sausage? The crust and texture were great, it just felt like it was missing something stronger. Swing by, grab a pint, and enjoy some delicious food the Flagstaff way."

The pizza dough is excellent , chewy and slightly smoky tasting from the oven. On our first visit, we sat at the bar and watched while they made and cooked the pizzas! That was a lot of fun. The Focaccia bread was outstanding. The dipping oil for the foccaccia was fine, but a bit too bitter for my taste. My husband ordered a beer from the brewery and enjoyed it. On one of my visits, I tried the gelato and it had a different texture than other gelato I have had. It had a great flavor, but was more of a dry, flaky texture than rich and creamy. It could have been an off day on the gelato. Be prepared for 2 separate bills - one for the pizza (Pizzacletta ) and one for beverages (Dark Sky Brewing). This is 2 businesses sharing the same space. Overall, food is great and we recommend giving them a try."
