"What a great dining experience at Puebla Sunrise Café! The service was excellent and everyone was so friendly and professional. Our coffee cups were never empty, which we truly appreciated. The food portions were generous, and everything we ordered was made to perfection. We enjoyed the pancakes, waffles, Nutella crepes, chicken and waffles and the biscuits and gravy , every bite was delicious. I highly recommend giving this place a try. We will definitely be back!"

"Mauricio one of the owners was great in explaining different dishes and how they make the mole from Puebla from scratch. I had the chicken breast mole, Delicious by the way! The cafe de la hoya never disappoints.biscuits and gravy, pancakes and another breakfast plate. Brian our server was patient and great overall. Food delish! You can taste the authenticity of Pueblas food.definitely will visit again! My husband and son took a pic with owner wearing a Lucha Libra mask:)"

"Lifelong Flagstaff resident here, and we decided to check this (relatively) new Mexican place out for breakfast today - and i am so glad we did! As we approached the door a couple was leaving and twirling each other in a salsa dance, likely still flying high from the delicious tastes on their tongues from the meal they’d just had here. One of the owners greeted and seated us and we sank into the ambiance, this is such a change from the vibe that used to be here with Altitudes. It’s warm, it’s alive, it’s community. We got the Mole Chicken Omelet and the Chilaquiles and both were exceptional, our only regret was not getting a second Mole dish because let me tell you this is not only the best Mole in town, possibly Arizona! The homemade jam for the toast also burst with so much flavor, We told the co owner how much we loved the Mole and he preceded to show us a video of how it’s made, beaming with pride at what he and his family have built here. We chatted in a mix of English and Spanish, and again we were struck by the grounding, warm, vibe of community that this place and its owners and staff emanate. Do yourself the service of checking this place out, they’re doing something unique and special in a world that’s increasingly trying to be genetic and cookie cutter."

"If you’re looking for a very legit breakfast, this is the place to go. Our waiter, Rene, recommended the molè and it was the best I have ever had. Thank you! Chilaquiles were amazing, as were the waffles for my son. This will be my favorite breakfast places when staying in Flagstaff! Also, thank your family for their Service!"

"We’ve been here with friends for breakfasts and lunches and always look forward to coming back. The menu is straight up authentic home style Mexican…the best in flagstaff. Took a dozen tamales home last week- fantastic. Mauricio’s family is terrific"
