The team makes you feel like family the moment you step into the store. I personally enjoyed the layout of the store with the cafe/service/pos in the middle and the products circling around it. Tons of space to park your bikes with seating and water provided should you need it. I noticed many items were in-stock that were not available online. Ie: Brain Dead x Rapha collab. The cafe items handmade by Ebbie were 10/10 and I suggest you try out the matcha latte! I recommend any cyclist, Rapha fan or not to check this place out. I will visit again anytime I'm in the area! Much love from Toronto."

Hanna initially was helping me, then Scott and Ebbie started talking bikes with me and invited me on their Saturday group ride. Excited to go on the ride and love their gear. Thanks to the whole team for a great experience."
