Red Lobster

"I haven't been to this restaurant and almost 2 years because the service had been bad, the food was not up to the standards that I prefer. Today it knocked my socks off. I had lobster and a shrimp combo that was outstanding. The lobster was so good!!! It did not require any butter, any lemon, and it did not taste fishy. It was really good. On top of that, I had a wonderful waitress named Julie. She was very kind, sweet, professional, friendly, and always smiled. That should be the standard , but in today's society, I find it very hard to find, until today. Julie went out of her way to make sure that I was taken care of, asked me if there was anything I needed, had my water filled and asked me is i needed to go items. She made sure of that my order was correct. She was a delight and made my experience very welcoming. I will be back and have already shared with several friends. I made it a point to go to the manager on duty and let her know what a great experience I had and what a great waitress Julie was. I know so many times that only here about complaints , but today, they got to hear about the good news. I hope I get a free appetizer or dessert in my rewards program so I can come back and try more things."

"I had such a great experience at this restaurant this evening. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and inviting. The food was absolutely amazing. Every dish was full of flavor and clearly made with care. But what truly made the night stand out was our server. Kyle was friendly, attentive, and incredibly professional. He checked on us at just the right moments, made thoughtful recommendations, and genuinely made us feel welcome. You can tell he takes pride in his work and truly enjoys helping people have a great dining experience. Overall, it was one of the best meals I’ve had in a while, and the service made it even better. I’ll definitely be coming back and next time, I’ll be asking for Kyle again. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and even better service!"

"Well, you know I had to go check out the boil bag for myself. It has been a minute since I have been to Red Lobsters 🦞 There was a short wait to be seated on a Wednesday that was surprising. The wait staff were very polite and apologetic. Ok, the cheddar bay biscuits are still a hit!!!!!!!!!!! They came out hot and fresh. It took a while for my boil bag to arrive because the hype really worked, and the restaurant was pretty filled. I chose the Cajun butter season it was not the best boil bag nor the worst bag I have had. I think I assume it would be Cajun as old bay or Tony's Cajun season, but I think that was the only thing missing. Overall, if I had to rate the bag I give it a 6.85 out of 10. Very mid, but I did find out Wednesday they have $24 surf and turf 😉 😜 Also, unfortunately, I overheard they ran out of certain sides (not just at this location), but this just attest that the new menu changes are working, but inventory adjustments definitely need to be made as well as adding additional staffing during this time."
