"Jesse and Dylan the two sushi chefs are an absolute delight! They made the experience worth coming back to on my short trip to Flagstaff. Two nights in a row the BEST sushi I have had in a long time! They'll tell you they're the best in Flagstaff but honestly that doesn't do them justice. Friendly staff, excellent quality ingredients, the somehow never ending tea pot (I swear I drank 12 cups from this and there was still some left!). Try the specials! Jesse and Dylan experiment with ingredients and create culinary delights that are works of art with new options every two weeks. I had the Moonchild created by Jesse and it reminded me how meticulous attention to detail and careful balance of flavors can elevate the experience amplifying every bite with something new to discover with every chew. The volcano roll made by Dylan was a massive beast of flavor and filling perfect for my black hole of a stomach. And don't sleep on the nigiri and sashimi where the high quality ingredients truly shine. 10/10 recommend!!!"

"Chef Bobby is the best! We have been doing hibachi for over 40 years as our Christmas Eve tradition and Bobby was definitely one of our top chefs ever! He was incredibly entertaining and creative, and very attentive to the quality of the food. The filet mignon was delicious, perfectly seasoned, and each person’s temperature was perfect. We loved the vegetables! Thank you for such a lovely evening, Chef Bobby!"

"We were in a bit of hesitation after the last reviews on their sushi but we tried it - and it was awesome! We tried Spicy Tuna, Flagstaff and Sakura roll. Everything was perfect. My fiancé is a chef himself and he said it’s all great regarding raw food safety. Great place for a date night Edit: there was no service charge on our bill, we tipped as we wished"
