"Small spot but big on food, beauful colors, and customer service! Food was cooked fast and it was so good! Flavor on top of flavor! I had carne asada fries and the meat was tender and flavorful. The french fries had lots of flacor to themselves which added to the flavor profile. Definitely coming back. The guy who took our order also cooked the food and he was so nice and friendly!"

"I wanted some carne asada fries and I noticed they opened the new Santiago location. It is the small building that used to be a Wienerschnitzel. I did go pretty late at night....past 9 p.m. The lady working the drive thru at night was nice and delivered excellent customer service. I thought the carne asada fries were good but not the best I ever had. They are similar to Los Alazanes' asada fries but I think Santiago's Carne Asada fries are still better. Would much rather go here than Los Alazanes where the food is good and you actually get great customer service unlike the bitter women working late at night at Los Alazanes. The lady even offered me salsa without me having to ask and I would have forgotten to ask too! I can definitely see myself coming back for some late night asada fries that I can enjoy at home while I watch Netflix, HBO Max or something."

"I went through the drive thru and it was clean from outside but can’t rate the atmosphere inside. Food was fresh and pleasantly surprised to be able to order everything off their menu at 8:30 AM. There is a breakfast menu with burritos and plates like huevos rancheros, chorizo burrito.. what you want in a Mexican breakfast menu. Service is at 4 stars since it a little wait to be acknowledged at the drive thru speaker but it is a new location. The employee apologized. My kid was hungry after a fasting lab appointment and satisfied their request with a donut across the way in the same lot…. Not great for my system, and I observed Santiago’s is open. I know it is a little weird but to meet my protein goals, I ordered a ceviche tostada for breakfast at 8:40ish AM. It was fresh, cold and satisfying. I love the slices of avocado. It was awesome! Next remember to ask for hot sauce… I definitely want to go back and try some more things off the menu like quesadillas birria and tacos."
