"We want to like this place in the worst way. It is in our building and so convenient in a winter’s night. But there are many problems. The menu is out of date and they don’t have half of the things that they haven’t canceled yet. To make things worse, the staff gets huffy when you need to find replacements. I had to call my family about replacement orders. The next three thing, their second and third options weren’t available either. Then the servers says there’s the menu pointing to the QR code. My family had been looking at the online menu the entire time. So either the QR code menu is out of date or the link to the online menu is out of date. In either case, they should be understanding and not huffy about it. So I eventually tell her the order for things she said they had and then she walked away!!!! I said after her, when should I come back and she said that the show would last a couple hours. So my family would have to wait until the show was over to eat? I followed her and asked for clarification and she said oh no, I didn’t take your order. Well I told you my order and you walked away ! You got all huffy because your menu is a mess and caused problems and then you act like it is my dault, get ll huffy, and walk away???? We really want to like this place."
