My husband absolutely nailed Christmas this year and gifted me a hotel room and a full spa day—all by myself. No schedules. No “Mom, can you…?” Just rest. And I can honestly say I’m heading home feeling like a brand-new woman. (Full hotel review coming soon.) From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with the warmest smile, which instantly set the tone for the entire experience. Then Crystal welcomed me back and took incredible care of me with a full-body scrub followed by a full-body massage—and wow. The body scrub alone was next-level relaxing. From my neck all the way down to my toes, every bit of dry winter skin was gently exfoliated away. My skin felt baby-soft—the kind of soft you keep touching because you can’t believe it’s yours. After rinsing off, I dried, slipped into the coziest space, and settled onto a heated massage table that immediately melted any tension I had left. Crystal checked in with me about pressure and focus areas, and when I say she listened—she really did. My neck and upper back were so deeply relaxed that I didn’t even realize how much time had passed until she gently asked me to turn over. By the time she worked into my chest and shoulders, I was back asleep. And I was gently awakened by her raising the bed. I was handed a robe, water, and slippers and then I and my relaxed body practically poured ourselves down the hallway to get our facial. There we were greeted by Ashley who got gave me the refresh and replenished glow i needed. She also put me to sleep with the gentle but firm strokes to my face. And I awoke dewy and revitalized. So this is not cheap but this wasn’t just a spa treatment—it was intentional, thoughtful, and exactly what my body needed. Every mom deserves this level of care. (Take notes husbands)"

"I had the pleasure of receiving an insanely good deep tissue massage here on my birthday, purchased and planned by a loved one. The gentleman was super professional and articulated my muscles like a master harpist plucking intentionally across the strings of the fine instrument. ( Time has stolen my memory of his name but his talent was unmatched and will remain in my mind forever) Conversation was pleasant and I enjoyed my experience thoroughly. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a little muscular upkeep and refresh. My session included a glass of champagne beforehand as well as fruit infused water afterward. The whole experience made me feel perfectly pampered. 🥰 The location was easy to find and valet parking is free for spa guests, which was a nice bonus. Since I was a bit early, I was able to wait in the historic and gorgeous Hotel Saint Louis lobby. 10/10 amazing experience!"
