"I enjoyed my stay at the Viceroy and especially enjoyed their offerings at the Sugar Palm. Great service! We dined at the bar on a beautiful outdoor day in Santa Monica. Super chill vibe, poolside, and thankful for the yummy recommendations by our server. I wish I got her name but she recommended the tacos and they were delightful. The poke bowl was so colorful and beautiful and the avocado toast was tasty and plentiful. Would eat here again when I'm in town."

"Was in the LA area for business and decided to go to Santa Monica for a morning walk and breakfast. Sugar Palm did not disappoint. It is inside a hotel right across from the beach- near the pier. Service was excellent- very attentive staff and you cannot go wrong with a “Dutch Baby” I was pleasantly surprised to see this gem on the menu and it’s a five star for sure. The outside patio looks very inviting, it was a cool over-cast morning, so we dined inside. Parking on premises is available or grab a spot on the street behind the hotel, if the beach spots are taken."
