"I love the fried fish in Fish Taco, which is much better than the beef taco. And Guacamole is very fresh too. I don’t like the green chili soup because it’s very light and not spicy at all. There’s only little green chili in there."

"Delicious! Authentic Mexican food. Remarkable Margaritas, spicy and skinny margaritas, mojitos, rum and Coke, sangria. Any drink you could want? They have even top shelf liquor. The service was impeccable, so friendly and very patient. It looks like a hole in the wall, but I highly recommend there's indoor seating and outdoor seating and just absolutely delicious and pretty refined. My only prequest would be to include more tortilla chips with the order of nachos cuz there's more salsa, avocado, beans, cheese, sour cream, and the like than there are chips left over to eat it with. I was there with a group of eight people total, and we all love every single thing we ordered and had a wonderful time."

"This was my favorite place to eat in Santa Fe. We ate at one of the top recommended restaurants in Santa Fe, but I the food didn’t taste fresh and was just okay. The food here is WONDERFUL. The salsas were amazing and the guacamole was some of the best I’ve had. The chips were likewise fresh and crunchy and delicious. The customer service was wonderful. We saw them working hard to seat a table of 10 and everyone was so cheerful and kind. I had the green chili chicken posole and absolutely loved it! I do recommend adding bit of hot sauce to it to really make it shine. We plan to come again before we leave. This place is also not nearly as fussy as most of the other New Mexican food places that were recommended. I don’t want to wait 2 hours or show up 2 hours early to put my name on a list. Here, we walked in and were seated and finished eating within less than an hour. If you want something delicious and no-nonsense, this is the place for you!"

"Absolutely delicious! Tres Colores IS Northern New Mexico! The enchiladas were spectacular, I can't decide between the red and the green Chile! The beef was so tender, well seasoned and the right balance to tortillas and cheese. Beans and rice to compliment. I led with the food, but the kind service easily equalled! This place is a win win!"

"Excellent fish tacos. Wife was very pleased with her calabasitas nachos. Friendly staff and a nice patio. Will have to come back to try the margaritas!"
