The food was fresh, flavorful, and left me feeling energized instead of weighed down which is something that's not always easy to find when eating out. You can truly taste the quality and intention behind every dish. I do want to note that there are quite a few menu items that include tree nuts. I have a tree nut allergy, and while that initially gave me pause, the staff handled it extremely well. They were knowledgeable, accommodating, and made sure I felt comfortable and safe with my selections. I had no issues at all and never felt limited in my choices. If you're someone who prioritizes healthy eating but still wants food that actually tastes amazing, this place is a must. Great atmosphere, thoughtful service, and food that delivers on both flavor and wellness. I'll definitely be back."

My expectations were low since previous experiences have been lackluster and over priced. WOW. It's a new day at True Food. My server Gavin, was downright happy I was here and sitting in his section. My water was kept filled, he hit the right note of engagement. The menu has changed and now features a super trio-lunch special. Great drink, salad and chicken sandwich (highly recommend the chicken and the chopped salad), all for around $20. It was ample. Two people could have split this. Not having a second person, I managed just fine without them. If you had stayed away from True Food, believe me: this is a new everything."

As first-timers here, we contemplated coming many times and even ordering on Uber-Eats. I'm so glad I waited until actually experiencing the full array. This is a great environment and great service and the food is healthy, delicious and doesn't make you tired. I got the non alcoholic hot toddie, and grass- fed burger w/ fries. My girlfriend got the kale aid and the chicken tenders. If you are thinking of coming here! please do it. You will not regret."
