"Hi, I'm writing for help with my service order for my 2011 Ford Explorer, which has been at your shop since this past July 2025. I chose your shop again because you did such a great job on a previous repair. This time, the issue was a seatbelt warning light, but it's now November and the car is still not ready. I'm growing concerned. I've already paid almost $1000, and I just learned (November 1, 2025) about a new $700+ charge for wiring and labor. The updates have been a bit confusing, and the long delay meant we had to buy another car to get to work, all while still paying insurance on this one.
