8 months ago"Bought a snow globe today in the store, and when I walked back home it’s already broken. Apparently it’s because they didn’t pack the snow globe in the right way… the box that they put the snow globe is very tiny and soft, and it can’t protect the fragile glass at all. Given the expensive price that I paid for the item, I’d expect them handle the item in a more professional way. Fortunately they allowed me to go back and exchange for free. So giving five star for the great customer service!"
