I've always had the best experience and would definitely reccomend any and everyone to visit this place. If your looking for any type of gift regardless of the occasion this is the best place for a gift for your loved one. They have a women and men's store. The person who helped me let me know I have several options which were to ship it for repair or exchange for a new one because I was still under warranty or pick something else in store. I was not prepared to choose a new purse so I just got a replacement. I was certainly pleased because I hated the idea of waiting for a repair but I absolutely LOVE my Tabby bag. Anyways per usual the staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you"
